A month or so ago, Hero was out of school during the week, so I brought him to Frank and Joe’s to hang out with me while I worked. I got this video of him playing Nintendo DS then.
At a recent family outing, Hero asked me to record him confessing his love for one of his girlfriends.
While I didn’t get any video while Hero was riding at Lone Star Drift with Dillon Tonsi, I did get some just after he got back.
I love his attitude. The way he says “yea” comes off to me as, “No biggie Dad”.
Many thanks to Dillon for taking Hero out!
Hero played a farmer in his Spring 2016 school program.
These school events are increasingly frustrating with every single parent pointing their phone, camcorder, DSLR, or some other recording device. Flashes were consistently going off.
I can’t complain too much because our family is probably the worst offender. Sitting to my left was my mother and to my right was Sara with our DSLR and tripod setup.
In the end, it all worked out because we got these pictures. I may be partial, but I think Sara did a pretty good job of putting together his costume.
We had Hero’s 7th birthday party at the ice rink in Kay Yeager Coliseum. It was perhaps a bit ambitious for his age group considering most of the kids ended up just running around in their shoes… But, all seemed to have fun.
In the interest of not over sharing, I will simply share this one picture of Sara, Hero, and myself on the ice.
In July, my family took a vacation to Orlando so that we could go to Universal Studios.
One evening, on the way back from Universal, we noticed a couple of helipads where we could affordably take a helicopter ride.
Now, 4 months later, I’ve finally taken the pictures off of CD and can now share ?
